What is Corporate Sponsorship About?
Achieving a superior school instrumental music program requires commitment from students, educators, parents, and boosters. It also requires the financial support of generous sponsors. For these reasons, we are asking for the assistance of local businesses in fortifying the instrumental band programs at Imlay City Schools by becoming Corporate Sponsors.
Sponsors can choose which level they wish to participate, with different sponsorship reward perks.
Besides becoming patron of the arts, Corporate Sponsors will enjoy tangible, practical benefits, too – including community loyalty, recognition in concert programs and on the Imlay City Band Boosters website, company logo displayed as a sponsor at band events, recognition at football games, and more.
We’ll also provide a sponsor certificate of appreciation, that sponsors can display at their place of business.
Corporate Sponsorships and associated reward perks are active for a 12 month duration. At the 1 year point, we kindly ask for your sponsorship renewal.
How Is Your Donation Used?
The Imlay City Band Boosters is a not-for-profit group of parents and volunteers that support all of the instrumental music programs and band students at Imlay City Schools. Via year round involvement of volunteers and fundraising efforts, our goal is to fill any needs that the instrumental music program may have and help ensure opportunities for all Imlay City Band Students to excel in their music education.
The boosters help pay for concert attire, organize fundraising activities, chaperone band trips, provide meals and support at marching band camp and band events, provide financial assistance for band camps and training when possible, and more.
Sponsorship Levels
Corporate Sponsorships allow local companies to show their support for the local instrumental band program financially. With levels starting at $250, your organization can join the ranks of other band supporters and sponsor the Imlay City band program. While we have pre-set levels based on size of donation, you can get creative with donations and sponsor something specific (band camp scholarship, concert attire, instruments or equipment, etc).
